To prepare the Syrup: Put all the ingredients inside a pot, bring to a gentle boil, agitating until the sugar dissolves. After that, take off the burner allowing it to reach room temperature completely. Pour to a sterilised bottle, seal and store chilled, it will last for about one month.
To make Batch Mix: Mix the specified liquid ingredients into one large bottle, allow it to infuse for one hour, then pass it through best through cheesecloth, so it's perfectly clear.
To serve: Add 85ml of the premix into a stirring glass filled with ice, and agitate carefully for about 60 seconds to chill. Filter to a chilled martini glass or a similar vessel, top with a few cranberries and complete it using a brief mist of the essential oil over the top.
